Tentative agreement: The United Auto Workers union and Ford have reached a tentative deal to halt the nearly six-week strike by 16,600 employees. The agreement, which is awaiting ratification, would see workers' pay increase by at least 28% by 2028 and include cost-of-living adjustments, plus boosts to pensions and job security.
