Here’s what we know so far. A panel of 12 jurors must determine whether Trump is guilty of falsifying business records to pay off adult film star Stormy Daniels in order to violate electoral law in 2016. But after just four hours of private discussions on Wednesday, they asked to hear some evidence again, including former National Enquirer publisher David Pecker’s damning testimony.
