The Senate overwhelmingly passed a $95 billion foreign aid package, including nearly $61 billion for Ukraine and more than $26 billion for Israel. President Biden said he would sign the bill into law "as soon as it reaches my desk tomorrow." The Federal Trade Commission has voted to ban noncompete clauses, protecting workers' freedom to change jobs. Noncompetes "keep wages low, suppress new ideas, and rob the American economy of dynamism," says FTC Chair Lina Khan. A 12-year-old boy died during his first night at a North Carolina "wilderness therapy camp" for troubled adolescents after staff failed to ensure he was breathing. A staff member told police they believed the camp was [responsible for his death.]( A new study by the Ohio State University shows that nearly two-thirds of parents feel lonely and burned out, and nearly 40% feel they have no support.
