He pleaded not guilty to 34 felony counts related to an alleged hush money scheme involving Stormy Daniels in 2016. Here are some highlights. Trump appeared to fall asleep as his lawyers carried out pretrial motions. Though he jolted back awake, he didn’t move when a prosecutor read words from the infamous Access Hollywood tape on which he bragged about grabbing women’s private parts. More than half of the 96 New Yorkers brought in as prospective jurors were dismissed because they said they didn’t think they could be fair or impartial. So far, no jurors have been selected. Questioning is expected to continue today. Some of Trump’s former associates could testify against him, including former attorneys Michael Cohen and Rudy Giuliani, former White House aide Hope Hicks, and adult film star Stormy Daniels. The trial is expected to last about six weeks. The melatonin industry has been asked to tighten its standards due to a dramatic rise in accidental ingestion by kids. Melatonin is a sleep hormone produced by the brain, but because it's marketed as a supplement, it's not regulated by the FDA.
