SPONSORED Sponsored content keeps our newsletter free. We do not endorse all advertisers. It still irks me to this day. 3 years ago, I was sitting in bumper-to-bumper traffic. Middle of summer. Scorching heat. The guy in front of me slammed his brakes just after he slowly started moving... And I couldn’t react on time. No crazy major damage done. But the guy was driving an old car... WITHOUT air-con. I could see when he got out that he was pissed. Road rage had definitely got him. I tried keeping it polite, yet he wouldn’t stop mouthing off. So I figured I’d just get back in my car to enjoy the AC and wait for the cops to arrive. But this seemed to piss him off even more. All of a sudden he took out a bat and tried to smash my windscreen. One hit. Then he put it back inside his vehicle. WTF?! Cops finally came, saw his car didn’t have anything more than a scratch... Then they asked about my windscreen. With no actual proof but a “he said, she said” kinda thing, the guy managed to flip it that my windscreen was either this way before the accident or it happened because of the force I’d hit him with. Not only did I have to pay for his insurance, I also had to go get me a new windscreen. So right after the accident, I installed a dash cam. Figured it’s the best way I can protect myself – next to a weapon – if crazy stuff like this happens. And I told you this story because I had to pay for my dash cam. But this cool company Tactical USA is giving away 500 dash cams for FREE. They just want to help fellow Americans protect their rights.
