Hey, {NAME}. I hope you're having a great weekend! I don't normally email on the weekends, but I figured that change in behavior might help this message stand out. Something I've been focusing on more and more lately is wanting to understand how I can help agencies. Much of what I do now (and have done for the past decade) is catered towards helping an individual. But, how can I best serve a related group? I'd love to hear your thoughts. To get things rolling, here are a few of the things I've thought about as well as something we're testing... 1. AGENCY ACCESS TO RESOURCES We've done this rather quietly as a test for the past few months. Agencies can sign up for a [group rate]( to add multiple members of their team to a single account. This way, the entire team gets access to all [Power Hitters Club - Elite benefits](=). All team members get access to the private Facebook group for weekly strategy sessions, webinars, and the community. Each individual can also access the library of training and resources on my membership site. If you are part of an agency and want to pursue this for your team, you can learn more here: [( This is still in Beta. As a result, I'm offering an extra special rate (on top of the built-in discount) while it's being tested. 2. EXPANSION OF AGENCY BENEFITS The agency package is a simple concept. It allows me to offer an entire team access to the same benefits that all PHC - Elite members can get, but at a group rate. What if we expanded unique benefits for this group? Something we've considered is team progress tracking. So, we could put together a plan of training, tests, and tasks to complete that could be tracked. That way, team members and maybe the team leader could manage the progress of the resources that have been completed. This could also lead to unique content that is only available to this group. In particular, tests that could help establish what members know and need further training on. Would this help you? 3. REGULAR TEAM CALLS I no longer manage client advertising because doing so requires too much in time and resources that I want to dedicate to helping a larger and diverse group of people. Something that I do offer, however, is [45-minute one-on-one calls](). These are one-off sessions where we can discuss a very specific client, campaign, or obstacle and I'll help you consider some solutions you may not have thought of. Is there a slightly deeper engagement that would be valuable to agencies? Maybe it could be a matter of booking a weekly or monthly call for a set period of time (weekly for 1 or 2 months, monthly for 3 or 6 months). These can be built for groups and recorded for access later. WHAT DO YOU THINK? The balance for me is that I truly want to provide some solutions for agencies, but I want to be careful not to step too far into managing ads for agencies. There is some room in the middle, and I'm searching for that sweet spot. What do you think of these ideas? Are there other needs that I may be able to help you with? Just hit reply, and let's talk through what may be a perfect solution. Thanks!
