The two charged, Dominic Miller and Lyndell Mays, have remained hospitalized since the incident and face [second-degree murder charges](, two counts of armed criminal action, and unlawful use of a weapon. Police said Miller and May didn’t know each other and were among several individuals involved in an argument. As a result, guns were drawn, and [a bullet fired by Miller]( struck Lopez-Galvan.
