The court, controlled by Democrats, let stand a decision from a lower state court that Michigan’s secretary of state lacked legal authority to remove Trump from the ballot. The judges noted that election laws in Michigan were [different than those in Colorado,]( which ruled against Trump last week. Trump is appealing that decision to the U.S. Supreme Court.
