The Post [downplayed its own poll](, calling the result a statistical “outlier.” However, a separate NBC News poll showed that President Biden’s disapproval rating has now hit the highest mark of his presidency, [with 56% disapproving](. The slippage was consistent across demographics, including younger voters, Latinos, and independents. In the Post/ABC poll, [Biden’s age]( was cited repeatedly, with 70% saying he’s too old. About 50% say the same of Trump. Only 30% approve of Biden’s economic performance in the Post survey, and his rating is even lower for immigration, with only 23% approving.
