[Take Off] [Article Icon 1]Space Force Takes Aim at Enemy Satellites The U.S. Space Force has activated a unit that targets [other nations’ satellites]( and the ground stations that support them. It’s the first and only unit with that mission. The unit will be based out of Colorado’s Peterson Space Force Base and already has its own patch: [a grim reaper with a delta shape for a nose.]( The mission also includes counter-defense to protect U.S. satellites. The unit will be armed with a mix of ground-based lasers, signal-jamming devices, and cyberattack tools. [Article Icon 2] GOP Seeks Biden Emails from Archives Rep. James Comer is demanding that the National Archives send Congress [unredacted emails to or from then-Vice President Joe Biden]( and his son Hunter related to Ukraine and the Burisma energy firm. The existence of a National Archive file containing the emails was made public in June and included four emails, but two were withheld, and the other two were heavily redacted. Comer has also requested unredacted records in which President Biden [used a pseudonym]( during his vice presidency. Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop showed that his father sometimes used the email alias Robert.L.Peters while he was VP. [Article Icon 3]San Francisco Wants to Halt Robotaxis San Francisco officials want state regulators to suspend last week's decision to allow driverless taxi service 24/7 in the city following [a series of traffic snafus]( involving the robotaxis. In one case, a driverless vehicle got stuck after [driving into wet concrete](. In another, a slew of robotaxis stalled in North Beach, blocking traffic. The problem was blamed on “wireless connectivity issues.” Last week the California Public Utilities Commission gave permission for robotaxi operators to expand their presence.
