The plot called for the informant to learn details of Zelenskyy's schedule during his visit to the southern Mykolaiv region a few weeks ago and use it to call down a [massive airstrike by the Russians.]( Ukrainian forces learned about the plan, tracked the informant, and put extra security in place during the trip. The spy now faces up to 12 years in prison.
