The four bills will be wrapped into a single package and sent to the Senate, where it’s expected to be voted on early this week. Some Democrats oppose military aid to Israel, and others have concerns about the TikTok measure. Here’s a look at [what’s included in the package](. The package drew opposition from some conservative Republicans and passed only with the help of Democratic Party votes.
