{NAME}, you've heard me say over and over that the only way to win this race is to build the broades

[John Avlon for Congress]( {NAME}, you've heard me say over and over that the only way to win this race is to build the broadest possible coalition to defend our democracy. Anyone who's ready to derail the Trump train and no-show Nick needs to be part of it. That's exactly what our campaign has done, and I'm proud of it. And you want to know broad? Here's broad: The 1199SEIU - Long Island's heroic healthcare workers union - just endorsed me - and so did the New Democrat Coalition. Here we've got a longtime stalwart in Democratic politics - one of the most important unions in the country - as well as a group dedicated to fresh ideas and a new approach - both coming together to win back this seat. Quality healthcare. Good jobs. Rebuilding the middle class. Improving the quality of life for everyone. That's what 1199SEIU is about - and it's what Suffolk County voters tell me is important to them every day. I agree -- it's why when I'm in Congress, restoring the state and local tax credits, expanding the child tax credit, and fighting for women's reproductive freedoms are at the top of my agenda. I've been a New Democrat at heart since I volunteered on Bill Clinton's campaigns back in college. His idea of Opportunity, Responsibility, and Community - that's a big reason why I'm running now. Those ideas can still guide us. We win when we build coalitions like this. We win when we find common ground and pursue the common good together. That's the kind of campaign I'm proud to be running. It’s the right thing to do and it's how we’ll win the primary and the general election. And it's why I'm proud to have your support, too. [We've got less than two weeks to go. If you can, please pitch in for the final push today >>]( Thank you for fighting the good fight with me. -John [CONTRIBUTE]( PAID FOR BY JOHN AVLON FOR CONGRESS John Avlon for Congress PO Box 1200 Sag Harbor, NY 11963 United States If you believe you received this message in error or wish to no longer receive email from us, please [unsubscribe](.
