Hey Guys,
Â
There I was in the hotel bar listening to the man, the myth, the legend, Angus Steele tell a group of women a mesmerizing story. Man, was he good. I found myself being sucked in, hanging on every word, and laughing my ass off as Angus turned a rather mundane event at a party into a rip-roaring story.
Â
When he finished his story, he sat back and relaxed, saying he had to take a break. The group of women began to break up, except for the woman Angus had been looking at the whole time. He looked her right in the eye, smiled his version of the “Naughty Boy Smile,” and simply said, “come have a drink with me.”
Â
I decided to catch up with him the next day, because I had some questions for him—turned out he had a few for me too, since he’d seen me talking to a few women. Together, we were creating quite a buzz.
Â
That’s the difference between talkers and doers. Angus and I could have been at odds with each other, trying to one-up the other, and wasting our time bragging about our skills. But that’s what talkers do.
Â
Doers, on the other hand, recognize fellow doers, and use the opportunity to increase their knowledge. There was a lot of stuff Angus knew that I didn’t, and some things I knew that he didn’t. Together our mutual knowledge of attraction was about to grow exponentially.
Â
I found him at noon the next day, and said, “hey, let’s go get some lunch.” He was up for that, so off we went to a corner of the hotel restaurant where we wouldn’t be bothered.
Â
We sat down, and I said, “Dude, you have got to let me know what you’re doing with your stories—I’ve never seen anything like that.”
Â
“You know,” he said, “there are aspects of attraction I’m not that good at. I can’t meet women in bars or clubs, I’m not a great dresser, and I don’t ‘run game.’ But I learned awhile back that if you can stimulate a woman’s mind, her body will follow, and stories are the best way to do that.
Â
I’ve always been good at telling stories, but I’ve also actively studied them. Over the years I’ve hit on a formula women respond to, and truthfully I attract so many women that way that I don’t need to waste time in other areas.
Â
Plus, I’ve also found that women who respond to stories are more intelligent, laugh easily, and are happier than women who don’t. Story telling goes a long way not just with women, but with the right women, and that’s important.
Â
There’s a concept I recently came up with I call ‘relationship equity.’ Most guys have the view of the world that women come and go, especially when a relationships ends. If you carefully examine the outcomes these men get with women, they’re wretched. They don’t really have any female friends, their ex’s hate them, and it doesn’t take women long to figure out they’re viewed as disposable.
Â
That doesn’t work for me. I like women, and I like them a lot. Most men don’t really like women, and that’s what separates the few attractive men from the majority who are unattractive. So, if you want to be good with women, you have to genuinely like them, and that comes from understanding them and accepting them as they are, not as they should be.
Â
My philosophy is that when I meet a woman I really like, she’s always going to be in my life, even if the romance cools between us. It’s no one’s fault when that happens, just the reality of human nature. But most people don’t understand that, and get sideways with each other when time and circumstance change.
Â
They go their separate ways, and that’s that. But not me. I really am friends with all the women I meet because I’m up front with them from the very beginning. I let them know I’m a rock and roll guy right now, not a marriage and kids guy. Maybe I will be sometime in the future, but not right now.
Â
Most guys lie when they meet a woman, or are dishonest about their intentions. When she finds out he lied, and they always find out, she’s pissed and wants nothing to do with him. There’s no reason to lie to a woman—women just want a man to be straightforward with them so their feelings don’t get hurt.
Â
What happens when you’re straightforward with women is they respect you, and stay in your life. As time passes, you start to build ‘relationship equity’ with women who like you and stay in your life for a long time. Sometimes you’re romantic with them again, sometimes not. But that relationship equity makes your life a lot easier. Few men get that.”
Â
Relationship equity. I liked that concept. A lot. IÂ’d hit on the same thing myself, but Angus expressed it much better than I did.Â
Â
I already had a pretty good answer for myself, but I wanted Angus’s take on it. “What’s the benefit of building ‘relationship equity’ with women,” I asked him.
Â
“Think about it,” he said, “When you have a growing group of women who admire and respect you, you can…”

PS  One of the reasons men fail with women is because women secretly disrespect them as a man. Angus belief about getting ‘round you a group of women who like, admire and respect you is right on, and I’ve had a lot of very, very good things happen in my life by adhering to it.
Â
But first you must make sure women respect you as a man. Most men really don’t know how to do that, although it is easy. If you go here:
