We’re feeling the momentum on Team Biden-Harris!  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ # [We’re feeling the momentum on Team Biden-Harris! Following President Biden’s inspiring State of the Union address, he and Vice President Harris are taking their message on the road all across the country. We’re excited to share some of the latest updates with you.]( [Before we dive in, will you make a $25 contribution to our campaign to help keep up this momentum? Thank you for your support!]( [ON THE GROUND: TEAM BIDEN-HARRIS LAUNCHES “I’M ON BOARD” MONTH OF ACTION: Last week, we kicked off our “I’m on Board” Month of Action, designed to engage and mobilize voters and volunteers in the fight for the soul of our nation. The President, Vice President, First Lady, and Second Gentleman will spend the coming month visiting battleground states across the country. “Thanks to the historic, grassroots enthusiasm we’re seeing for this president and vice president, Team Biden-Harris is making big, early investments to connect directly with voters on the issues that will define this election with an all out show of force headed into the general election,” said Biden-Harris 2024 Campaign Manager Julie Chavez Rodriguez. President Biden knows how important it is to earn the vote of each and every American, which is why our campaign plans to aggressively scale up our operation, expand our volunteer network, and galvanize Democratic coalitions.]( [CELEBRATING EQUAL PAY DAY AND WOMEN’S ECONOMIC SECURITY: On March 6, we celebrated Equal Pay Day, acknowledging how far we have come -- and how far we have yet to go -- in closing the gender pay gap. Under the Biden-Harris administration, America has seen an unprecedented economic recovery: Our economy is the strongest in the world, working age women’s labor force participation is the highest it has been in decades, and the gender pay gap is the narrowest it has ever been on record. But we still have a lot more work left to do. Women are paid on average only 84 cents for every dollar paid to men -- and the disparities are even greater for women of color. This inequity costs women more than $1 trillion every year and adds up to hundreds of thousands of dollars lost over the course of a career for individual workers. President Biden and Vice President Harris remain committed to closing gender and racial pay gaps and ensuring all people have an equal opportunity to participate in the labor force and support their families.]( [LOWERING HOUSING COSTS FOR WORKING FAMILIES: In President Biden’s State of the Union Address, he called on congressional Republicans to end years of inaction and finally pass legislation to lower housing costs. This legislation would give a $10,000 tax credit to first-time homebuyers and people who sell their starter homes, build and renovate more than 2 million homes, and lower rental costs. Under the Biden-Harris administration, more housing units are under construction right now than at any time in the last 50 years, rents have fallen over the last year in many places, and the homeownership rate is higher now than before the pandemic. But rent is still too high, and too many Americans who want to buy a home have difficulty finding one they can afford. President Biden believes housing costs are too high, which is why he’s fighting for significant investments and action to bring down costs. He’ll continue to fight for affordable, fair housing for all.]( [CELEBRATE WOMEN’S HISTORY MONTH WITH VP MERCH!: We’re celebrating Women’s History Month by featuring the one and only Vice President Kamala Harris! From serving as attorney general of California to making history as the first woman Vice President of the United States, Kamala has never stopped delivering for Americans and is an inspiration to all. We’re thrilled to invite you to our new three-part training series on how to have effective conversations with your family and friends about the stakes of this election.
