Hey there, , How's your trading journey coming along? It can be exhilarating, right? Especially when you're on the winning side, everything is under control and you are making great returns almost consistently, enjoying the trader-at-home dream lifestyle... But also, on the other not-so-bright side… Trading can be a little taxing sometimes. And today I'd like to discuss one of the habits that make a trader's life a living nightmare... And that's Overtrading… If your trading history shows more activity than a stock exchange at the opening bell, or if your stress levels are skyrocketing with every trade, it might be time for a reality check. Your trading strategy could be costing you, both emotionally and financially. Here's the thing, it's 2023 and the trading landscape has evolved. Traders are expected to adapt, evolve and above all, maintain their sanity. Your mind craves equilibrium, just as your trading account craves consistent profits. We've all been there - that instinctive 'fight or flight' mode, firing off trades left, right and center. It feels like a survival instinct, doesn't it?
