before you start writing those resolutions… Since this is one of the last Mondays of the year… I thought we’d put a pin in today with a bit of a focused reflection, {NAME}. How do you want your new year to feel? Yep, feel. I think the knee-jerk reaction to a new year is to start with an optional eye-roll right before we stack up a list of to-dos. Like, finally do that family vacation. Clear out one space in the house, organize another. Change ourselves. Do more. Experience more. Try harder than before. Listen, I am an achiever at my core. Doing things is like my default! Choosing experiences over things is my one true hobby. But what about refocusing on how you want your year to feel? (Here’s the part where I’m tempted to give you options, but I don’t want to put ideas in your mind before you’ve even had a chance to let yourself answer the question.) Give yourself a moment. Let your mind wander over the expanse of the coming 12 months. What version of you is experiencing them? Is there something different from the way you’ve been feeling this year and a different energy or spirit of self you want to invite, see, reflect, or build in yourself? 2024 doesn’t have to be the best year ever. You don’t have to nail it. It doesn’t have to be perfectly planned (because we all know what they say about plans…). But we can take with us our intention. We can give ourselves a lens through which we choose to see our year. A word or sentence that pulls our focus back to what matters most when life distracts us. You have a few weeks to really sit with these kinds of questions. And instead of that long list of to-dos, maybe you can create for yourself a much simpler, concise feeling to take into the year with you. ✨ Here’s to the adventure that awaits! :) Jenna [Unsubscribe]( Jenna Kutcher 440 N Barranca Ave #4227 Covina, California 91723 United States
