These changed my life so much I bought them for my mom. This season calls me to reflect, {NAME}, And when I really step back and pause and look at the ways I’ve been growing and have stretched this past year, I keep coming back to this word that’s stuck with me: RESET. In this season of life, I wish I could have a consistent routine, but let’s be honest, my day starts when a kid wakes up or climbs into my bed and sipping a beverage while it’s still hot feels like a total luxury. For a while, I just kind of said, “Screw it all, this is just the season I’m in…” but then I started to push back on that narrative. Maybe I don’t need a slow morning to have a great day. Maybe I carve out little pockets of time for a “reset” whether it’s at 10AM, 2PM…. Or, heck, just before my eyes close and my head hits the pillow. There are a few things in my life that give me a little boost and a reset all at the same time. You might have already witnessed my love for gadgets, especially ones that support my health. So, I wanted to share about a few that have CHANGED my life. (Like, I love them so much I also bought them for my mom!) [My red light mask:]() My kids just laugh at me when I wear this around the house! Most nights I’ll put this on before bed, right after my evening skincare. It helps boost collagen, reduce fine lines, and combat the effects of the blue light of my Kindle. Most nights I fall asleep while it’s still glowing (yep, it’s that comfortable). [My PEMF mat:]( This is a mat that helps you with grounding. It’s pulsed electromagnetic frequencies and also has infrared heat. It helps with recovery, sleep, energy, and dang it, it just feels SO good. And allll you need to do is lay there. *chef’s kiss* [This infrared sauna blanket:]( You probably know that we built a sauna into our home, and I use it daily, but before we had that, I had THIS. Every few days, I’d hop in and sweat it out. The detox and boost in circulation left me feeling like I could float away. I recently got to interview the founders and creators behind these products that have literally changed my life. (I think they got sick of me tagging them in social media posts, because I couldn’t gate-keep these products!) [Wanna hear what 'biohacking' really is? Press play on this Goal Digger episode!]() They decided to come on the Goal Digger Podcast to talk through how each of their products work, why they created them in the first place, AND ways to experience similar benefits even if the tech isn’t in your budget right now. Whether you’re tech obsessed or just curious about the biohacking I’m doing, this episode will shed a light on it all! I hope you get a little reset moment today! ✨ Jenna [Unsubscribe]( Jenna Kutcher 440 N Barranca Ave #4227 Covina, California 91723 United States
