What have you been reading lately? Man oh man, I have been arms-wide-open beckoning the month of Aug

What have you been reading lately? Man oh man, I have been arms-wide-open beckoning the month of August to come hither! I’m taking a full month to truly focus on rejuvenating my mind. You can’t run (or create, grow a business, be a parent, or take care of yourself…) on empty, so I am refueling. And my favorite way? ✨ Reading! ✨ So, I’m excited that you’re here with me because your calendar might not have pinged you about this—it’s National Book Lovers Day! This calls for sharing my latest reads with you (and my reviews on them!). It’s the best kind of day for that, and my booklist is LONG, especially for this month! Here are the highlights ⬇️ [image]() ✨ [Local Woman Missing: A Novel of Domestic Suspense by Mary Kubica]( – I’m giving this one 5 STARS; I loved it! One of my girlfriends recommended it and we couldn’t stop texting about it with each twist and turn. SO GOOD. ✨ [The Housemaid by Freida McFadden](=) – This is truly a PAGE TURNER. It has a bajillion Amazon reviews, too, so scoop this up if you love a psych thriller! (I do!) Most of the time I read at night and fall asleep 3-pages in … not with this one. ✨ [The Housemaid's Secret by Freida McFadden]() – I had to pick up part 2 of this series, and it was really good, but admittedly didn’t grip my attention as much as the first! Still worth the read but the first one was even better, IMO! ✨ [The Golden Couple by Greer Hendricks & Sarah Pekkanen]() – LOVED this one. I kept guessing what was going to happen and I was wrong every time. Another thriller (ha, noticing I was on a suspense tour this last month!) I didn’t see the ending coming … ✨ [Summer Island by Kristin Hannah]() – This one was a bit more lighthearted and a super interesting look into family dynamics. It delves into a mother and daughter's complex bond, showcasing love's power amidst past wounds and newfound healing. Big fan of all things Kristin Hannah! ✨ [City of Likes by Jenny Mollen]() – A savage social media satire that'll make you rethink your online life. Jenny Mollen's wild ride through likes, filters, and virtual friendships is pure digital detox delight! Now I’ve got a few ahead of me this month that I’m stoked to crack open! Do you like these little book review & recommendation moments? Hit reply and let me know (and tell me what you’ve been reading lately!). Jenna P.S. Need another book to read this month? Well, if you haven’t read my book, [How Are You, Really?]() (a NYT Bestseller!) and you’re craving something that feels like a soul-nourishing conversation with your best friend and mentor all in one … [then grab a copy right here](. Perfect for that end-of-summer energy, too! [Unsubscribe]( Jenna Kutcher 440 N Barranca Ave #4227 Covina, California 91723 United States
