{NAME}, what’s going on this weekend?? It’s the season for long afternoons, even longer drives, trips across state lines to see someone we miss, long backyard ‘gotta pull the weeds in that corner’ chore mornings, and long lounging sessions in our favorite chair. (Ugh, wow, a wave of summertime nostalgia just hit me!) Whether you have a busy weekend coming up or one with lots of much needed recharge time, I wanted to let you in on this little secret (one I’ve been leaning into and relying on for years). Here goes: what you invite into your mind while you work, rest, and play can actually change your life. For real! I’m a huge fan of making the most out of what I’m listening to whenever that’s in my hands. When I need silence, I make sure that silence is juicy—even if it’s short. When I’m pressing play on something to accompany a task, even if it’s driving or walking to a coffee shop, I want it to enrich my mind, my heart, my humor, or my goals! If you’re a podcast-lover, then you already know how meaningful, powerful, and even comforting the episodes of our favorite shows can be when we bring them into our lives! [image] That’s why I’m inviting you to press play on something super special this weekend—[the How Are You, Really? audiobook!]() If you’re like me, then you know that opting for an audiobook is the smartest, most surefire way you’re going to actually have time to sit and ‘read’ a book. I know I want hours every night to crack open a book and read, but realistically, I have my 30 minute drives, the dog walks, the mornings when I’m making breakfast, even workout sessions. Heck, ever drawn a bubble bath and hit play on an audiobook? It’s divine to read with your eyes closed, let me tell ya. These words were written to flow like a conversation with you, so why not let me literally speak them to ya?! I don’t even care if you 1.5x speed my voice—I do that, too! [Get How Are You, Really? on Audible]() or on your favorite audiobook listening app! Transform your mind and realign with your soul while you dig into whatever awaits ahead! My book is ready to come with. :) Jenna [Unsubscribe]( Jenna Kutcher 340 S Lemon Ave #4227 Walnut, California 91789 United States
