One week in, and I’m not joking when I say my face muscles ache from smiling in the BEST WAY. [A week ago, my book How Are You, Really? hit the world](=), and I’m honestly writing this to you because I think this is a pivotal moment for both of us, {NAME}. Because, sure, maybe you’re good at receiving the joy of your hard work—but for how long? I’m quick to say, “Yes, yay, thank you!” and immediately want to get back to work. There’s an anxiety that I think chases so many people, maybe you, that says that if we don’t keep that eye on the prize, we’re going to miss it. If we don’t keep a tight grip on the steering wheel, we’re going to go off course. But what is our work if it isn’t enjoyed? So, as I sit with this one week in, I’m looking at the next few months where I remain in a place of enjoyment. Not pushing to the next huge project. This book is a massive effort, and deserves a massively intentional season of basking in the hard work and resting in the delight of doing something I’m proud of. And I’d want the same for you. So, let’s celebrate where we’re at right now! [image](=) Can’t even begin to tell you how many times I imagined moments like these! So encouraging to my little author heart to see real moments in time of people engaging with the book, the one I wrote with them in mind. I’d love to see YOUR moment with the book! Share a photo of you reading or a quote highlighted that stuck out to you (my personal favorite) on your socials! Tag me and use the hashtag #howareyoureallybook so I can see ya! [And if you still need to get your copy of the book, you can snag one right here!](=) Remember to create time and space for your body and mind to feel the enjoyment and rest from your own hard work. Let the process sink in. Let your brain catch up! And tell that anxiety that says to keep pushing forward to back off because you deserve to savor every single bite, kick up your feet, and know it’s a job well done. :) Jenna [Unsubscribe]( Jenna Kutcher 340 S Lemon Ave #4227 Walnut, California 91789 United States
