{NAME}! This isn’t just another one of your average run-of-the-mill, “wait, whaaaat day is it again??” Mondays. Well, okay, it *kind of* is, at least over here in my world, but I’m here because I’m ready to shake up this Monday and chuck any lingering scraps of “life is average” riiiight outta my mindset. Not that I need everyday to be a whole dang party; I just want to find more awe and a spirit of “this day isn’t just another day.” You with me? I wanted to hand over some ways to make your day, your weekend, and your whole week something you can transform super easily, but in really impactful ways. If you want a little re-do on your mornings, your workdays, or just your Mondays, I’ve got a couple ideas for you! - Ahhhhhh. Breathwork. Maybe you’re a connoisseur of breathing meditations, maybe you’re like “yeah, I still have no idea what that even means, but I see it on IG sometimes.” Either way, you know breathing. You’re doing it right now, and it’s wayyyy more than air in and air out. HOW we breathe is just as important! [Here’s an article to read up on it and try it.]() It’s easy to learn a few little tips, and I love doing them throughout my day, especially when I feel like I’ve been hunched over at the ol’ laptop for too long. Speaking of which, want a fresh music playlist to add an extra boost to keep you breathing right as you work? [Here’s a great one on Spotify for you, too!](=) - Show love to your whole self from the outside in. Aka, make sure your skin care routine doesn’t 1.) take 45 minutes every single morning (most people are likely to skip it more often if it takes too long!) or 2.) mean you’re slathering on stuff that doesn’t actually make your skin feel realllyyy good. I still swear that one of the ways I guarantee I can show up well for myself and do my day wholeheartedly is by having a very quick, but very potent morning routine that I actually look forward to doing every day. That means it's quick and it WORKS. And the best part is my skin regimen from Primally Pure! [Check out my skin transformation here and find yourself a system you](=)love. - A walk a day keeps my gloom and doom away! Okay, not *entirely* because life has its challenges that a walk outside can’t cure, but maaaan does it help. I love going for a walk, even a quick one. So, take advantage of whatever version of outside you have access to. A rooftop? A balcony? [A patch of grass to sink your toes into?]( A neighborhood fit for a sunny stroll? If you don’t already have ‘outside’ on your regular schedule, it’s time to fit in a bit of sun and air and movement in there somewhere! This boosts me more than nearly anything else. Plus, it's my classroom. If I know I need to listen to an interview, tune into a video, a webinar, or even take a meeting, it’s a mental cue for me to also prep for a walk if possible. If you feel glued to a screen, this might be a bit of a hero for you, as it is for me! Easy life boosts, simple to adapt and integrate into your life, AND they’ve got really wonderful, long lasting repercussions, I can attest! Let me know if you try something new! I know I’m ready for a switcheroo on the ol’ me-time-routines. Who knows, maybe tomorrow I’ll even throw in one of my favorites: PANCAKES. Have a great week!
