It's unavoidable. It’s inevitable! It comes for us all, {NAME}. Conflict. No matter what kind of lives we live, we have to face conflict in all of its forms, and wowww it comes in quite the variety, doesn’t it? Did you know I used to work in HR? Yep, and that means I’ve also heard my fair share of conflicts and did all those seminars about conflict-resolution methods. But after a decade of being outside of the corporate structure, I’ve seen how life, well… doesn’t have an HR department. We don’t talk about conflict… even though it’s everywhere. All the time! Egos clash, relationships fray, ideas and personalities don’t always mix well (open the news app for 20 seconds and you’ll see 10 examples of conflict right off the bat). Since you and I both have to deal with a variation of ‘discord’ at large and in our personal lives at SOME point, we gotta talk about it! No, seriously, let’s talk! This week, my mentorship chat on GrowthDay is centered on this topic of conflict, what it looks like in the personal and professional life, how I develop professional relationships that are honest and real, but still peaceful, and what I do when I can sense any tension building whether its online or in my kitchen. Wanna tune in? You can sign up for free and see what you think for 14 whole days! The best part? It’s not just learning from me, you can be mentored LIVE every month by some other rad humans, too! ✌️ [Come hang with us on GrowthDay!](=) I’ll be LIVE this coming WEDNESDAY at 10am PST/12PM CST! We’re learning how to be better, braver humans little by little, talking about the hard stuff, and moving through it as a growing community. Here’s to peace in your week ahead! Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
