I stand by this as one of my all-time best ways to destress, declutter, and refocus my life: the Not

I stand by this as one of my all-time best ways to destress, declutter, and refocus my life: the Not-to-Do List. Yeah, I’m a HUGE fan of lists, {NAME}, especially since I’ve got a lot of things to care about these days! But you know what tends to happen after a while? We’ve said yes to a LOT. And now our reminders lists, notes apps, and calendars are filled with things that might not exactly be serving us. And you know what else I’m a fan of? Letting go of things. Free time. Room to breathe. Making sure that what I am busy doing matters and aligns with my core values, my goals, my business, and my family. And that’s it! That’s where THIS particular kind of list really helps me. I fill it out when I’m feeling like my plate is getting a little too full and a rearranging might be in order. ✍️ These lists help remind me that there are things I do NOT need to worry about or say yes to, and perhaps there are some things I need to delegate and ask for help with! To-do lists might be an every day or weekly thing for you, but a Not-to-Do List might be a once a month refresh. A little check-in to make sure you’re not letting any joy/time/energy/peace killers sneak back into your tasks and responsibilities. And because I love having even more freedom on those things I think are supposed-to-dos, this fresh [Goal Digger Podcast episode]( is about to lay out TEN (yeah, a whole, whopping ten!) things you can STOP doing on Instagram (while still using it well!) [Tune into the episode right here + get some weight off those shoulders!]() Call that a maaaajor relief, amen? Here's to doing the things that matter to us, the things that give us LIFE, and letting the things that don’t serve us go on the Not-to-Do list and stay there!
