I’ve got a LOT to tell you! Here’s what comin’ at ya when you scroll down into this email, {NAME}: ✨ 3 Books I’ve Read Lately ✨ 3 Things I’m Working On✨ 3 Things I’m Learning✨ 3 Things I’m Excited About Piques your interest? Dive in! I realize it’s been a minute since I gave you a good update on my world and what’s swirling around inside of it. I always love these kinds of updates and look forward to them from friends and even people I don’t know! So, here’s the scoop on… 3 Books I’ve Read Lately Back in 2020, I started a book club with some close family friends and my mom. We’ve met consistently over the last four years and have read a ton of interesting and thought-provoking books! Here are three books we loved: - [The Women - By Kristin Hannah](: This was such a powerful book about women in the Vietnam war and what life as a veteran can look and feel like. I loved this book so much. - [The Next Mrs. Parrish - By Liv Constantine](=): This was a sequel to another book and it was so fun to get reintroduced to the characters in a brand new way. It was a thriller and a page-turner! - [The Inmate - By Freida McFadden](=): We love Freida’s writing and this book was no exception. Another thriller where you’re wondering who did what and what was about to happen. The end was a twist I truly didn’t see coming. 3 Things I’m Working On I feel like I’m always working on something over here and while shifting from the buzzy summer energy back into the school year, I’ve got a fresh gust of motivation that I’m putting towards: - Organization and decluttering: As someone with ADHD, I can leave a trail behind me so I’m working on being more organized and getting better at getting rid of things I don’t need and I’m not using. I think “fall cleaning” should be a thing because that’s the vibe. - Resets and routines: I loved summer but it was definitely more free-flowing this year and not structured. I’m always learning about how much structure supports my brain and productivity, and getting back into a solid routine that prioritizes both my work and my well-being has been so huge! Taking 5 minute resets when I’m switching roles just so I can be fully present, no matter where I am. - Weight lifting: I’ve been super consistent over the summer in getting in movement and workouts but one thing I want to focus on more is strength training and getting back into Olympic weightlifting. I’m going to try and lift 2x a week! 3 Things I’m Learning - The power of planning: I used to be so resistant to planning because I worried that when it came time to execute the plans, they wouldn’t be what I wanted to be doing. (Weird, I know, but true!) Lately, I’ve been craving having a solid plan to execute on and to know what’s coming up next! It feels so good to know what’s waiting for me. - That you don’t know what you don’t know: I’ve changed a lot in the past year and sometimes I grapple with who I was and who I am now, because while all the past versions of me were authentic to who I was and what I knew, they aren’t aligned anymore. I’ve had to come to terms with the fact that I don’t know what I don’t know. Since I’m always learning, I hope to continue to expand what I do know and change even more. - That bed will always feel better than one more show: One of our favorite things to do once we get the kids to bed is watch a TV show together but lately we’ve been watching less and less TV. I think there was a stretch of 3+ weeks where we didn’t watch a single show. We’ve been prioritizing books and sleep these days – and honestly trying to get back on an earlier bedtime schedule for the kids! 3 Things I’m Excited About - Watching what online courses YOU make this next week: My best friend [Amy Porterfield is hosting a LIVE Bootcamp]() where you can learn how to take what you already know and create your first (or next) digital course. It's a once-a-year transformative experience and I love seeing what courses come from our community! Digital courses changed my life in a million ways! - Fall in Minnesota: I swear the temps dipped into the 60s and I was ready to pull out my tote of sweaters. I love, love, love summer but fall is also just an incredible time. I can’t wait to do all the fall things, like cozy up, watch the leaves change, and enjoy this coming season. - The upcoming line-up on the Goal Digger Podcast: First, I can’t believe [I’ve recorded over 800 episodes for YOU](. That’s crazy! But I’ve got to tell you, the line up dropping this month is SO good and it’s been fun creating this content and imagining where you’ll be when you tune in. There are epic interviews dropping, heartfelt solos, and a few fun surprises waiting for your ears! Thanks for pausing your day to catch up a little. It’s nice for me to take stock of what's on my plate and in my sights, so I enjoyed writin’ this up for ya! I hope this ✨ sparked a little motivation for you to take stock of what’s in your life right now, too. :) Jenna [Unsubscribe]( Jenna Kutcher 440 N Barranca Ave #4227 Covina, California 91723 United States
