Here’s why… The WHOLE team and I are OUT OF OFFICE! ✌️ And with perfect timing.

Here’s why… The WHOLE team and I are OUT OF OFFICE! ✌️ And with perfect timing. Because today is International Self-Care Day! And that’s our focus as we clock out until next week… This week, the team and I are taking the entire week to unplug, recharge, step away from our weekly responsibilities, and let REST fully take the reins! We work really dang hard. We crush our goals year in and year out! We keep raising the bar for ourselves… and then managing to surprise ourselves when we exceed it. (ummm, can you tell I love my work AND my team?!) So, sometimes it’s good to hit that full stop if you can. To let your brain reset and turn the volume of those busy work thoughts all the way down to zero. Are you the kind of person who struggles to really, truly rest? Do you have a tough time walking away from work and being totally present in your life? I gettttttt it. I used to spend every single day, from the moment I woke up to the moment I crawled into bed at night, thinking about work. Then, I sought guidance about better boundaries. Then, I had kids and craved simply being with them. Then, I started to come back into my body and wanted to pour time and energy into my health and wellness. Then, I remembered just how dang beautiful a Minnesota summer is. Then, I discovered baking sourdough bread (I’m 100% obsessed) and growing my own produce in my small backyard garden. I let life back in. This week, that’s what we’re all doing. Giving all that extra time to whatever kind of living we most need to be doing! I’ll be waving at you from Greece this week! ⭐️ Next, we’ll be back to it (and we have some cool things to show you in the coming weeks!). Rest easy and enjoy this one, very beautiful life while you’ve got it! Jenna [Unsubscribe]( Jenna Kutcher 440 N Barranca Ave #4227 Covina, California 91723 United States
