Plus this week's roundup of digital news! [image]( Hi {NAME}, This week Zuckerberg announced that Meta is creating a new product group that will focus on generative AI...in his words, "We're starting by pulling together a lot of the teams working on generative AI across the company into one group focused on building delightful experiences around this technology into all of our different products. In the short term, we'll focus on building creative and expressive tools. Over the longer term, we'll focus on developing AI personas that can help people in a variety of ways. We're exploring experiences with text (like chat in WhatsApp and Messenger), with images (like creative Instagram filters and ad formats), and with video and multi-modal experiences." Snapchat also announced a new experimental feature called 'My AI'. My AI can recommend birthday gift ideas for your BFF, plan a hiking trip for a long weekend, suggest a recipe for dinner, or even write a haiku about cheese for your cheddar-obsessed pal. I think we can all agree that AI isn't going anywhere and this year there is going to be a major focus on AI across all major platforms. Stay tuned! Cheers, Jeff What you need to know this week...
