Is it time to buy the dip and hold on for new all-time highs? After trading for more than twenty years and experiencing many bear markets, I am nearly certain that we will see many gut-wrenching moves in both directions for quite some time. The main problem I see is that many of the financial system's underlying pieces are simply “broken” at the moment. That is why volatility is near record highs. I don’t think we know the true damage of what has happened lately, but I personally think it is a mistake to jump back in with much conviction right now. I think my odds are better with smaller stocks that aren’t going to trade in lockstep with the bigger indexes. There are a lot of great opportunities out there right now. Let me share with you one of my favorites right now. Go to your platform and pull up GameSquare Holdings, Inc. (GAME), and let’s dig in. If you’ve followed me for a long time, you probably know that GAME is one of my favorite small-cap stocks. Sure, they are a client of ours, as you know, but after researching this company for the last year, I am totally sold on them. First of all, remember this stock is only trading for around $1 right now. Then, consider that they are [projecting]( revenues of $100 million this year. They also have made some shrewd financial moves and raised $36 million in capital recently. The sole analyst who covers GAME recently [reiterated]( his $5 price target on this stock – that would be a nearly 400% move from the current price! And the market is starting to take notice. Look at the price chart over the last few days alone. This stock is not cratering with the market, but rather, you’re starting to see price spikes higher from the $1 level... These spikes might be like “tremors” before an eruption. I think it is just a matter of time before GAME breaks out and goes on a big run again. I don’t see why not? Just a few months ago, the stock went on a 100% rally over a two-week period. Since then, GAME has announced some of the biggest news in their history and the market hasn’t seemed to pay attention to it. Just like today, they just [announced a new deal]( with the NFL, with a multi-city roadshow. Wait. A tiny “penny stock” inked a deal with the NFL? Yes. That is the kind of door that gets opened when Jerry Jones is a big investor in your company.  Don’t you think he has bigger plans for GAME than where it is right now? I am telling you, this is an opportunity you don’t want to sleep on. Make sure you get GAME on the top of your watchlist right now. Here are some highlights to get you started… GameSquare Holdings, Inc. is a company on a mission to connect brands and game publishers with Gen Z, Gen Alpha, and Millennial audiences. But perhaps the biggest asset for the company is Tyler "Ninja" Blevins, who is perhaps the most prominent gaming streamer in the world (he has 23.8 million subscribers on his [YouTube channel]( and the most popular [channel on Twitch](, which is the top streaming platform). We cover about 20 global platforms, abstract data, and license it to probably 9 of the top 10 game publishers in the world.” The data also conveniently let GAME know which brands and publishers to target with the creative agency side of business, which creates full-scale campaigns for prominent brands such as Coca Cola, Six Flags, and McDonald’s, and [generated]( $32M in revenue in 2023. But the biggest part of GAME from a revenue standpoint is its owned and operated intellectual property, which as of March this year includes the most recognized brand in gaming and youth culture, [Faze Clan](. FaZe is a group of extremely popular and accomplished gamers who turned their passion into a business, [producing]( some $75 million in licensed products in the last two years alone, including: - A collaboration with Nike for theFaZe LeBron NXXT Gen, which was the top selling basketball shoe in the world in March 2023 with 70,000+ units sold - A partnership with toy company Zuru to produce a toy gun that has sold more than 1 million units since 2021. - A team up with SteelSeries, the leading gaming accessories business, to produce a line of accessories at Best Buy that have nearly sold out since their debut a few months ago. - A branded energy drink from GHOST Energy that was the best-selling new energy product in 7-Eleven in 2023. It seems to be doing great [on Amazon]( as well. The company [now has]( an aggregate following of more than 750M people and is reaching more than 116M monthly active unique viewers. It [is targeting]( $100 million in revenue this year, and the FaZe Clan acquisition seems to have put them on that path. Last month, it [announced]( a preliminary Q2 estimated revenue of $27 million. In the same announcement, CEO Justin Kenna said that, thanks to the company’s momentum, “we believe we will achieve between $55 and $60 million in revenue during the second half of 2024.” I know I’ve gone on a while, but I truly am only scratching the surface on this incredible company.
