Last week I shared everything I had to do – and NOT do – to get to $1 Million a year in revenue. Well, I’ve got bad news, my friend. I say this all the time, but…what got you to $1 Million ain’t gonna get you to $10 Million. And that’s because the Natural Born Entrepreneur, the same guy or gal that got you to that first million…needs to *die (symbolically) in order to let the Leader emerge. In other words, the cheese has moved. The same qualities that make a great Entrepreneur… …get in the way of being a great Leader. Now, maybe $1-2 Million is exactly where you want to be for now. Great! But sometimes our higher self has bigger plans for us. When that happens, we have two choices: Option 1: Surrender to our small logical selves. Option 2: Surrender to our Higher Self. Thing is…when we surrender to our higher selves, we create a margin for miracles in our lives. If you feel called to explore what comes after that first million, or even if you’re just curious, I share exactly what propelled my business to $10 Million a year in [E]( 595 of the Mind Your Business podcast.]( Have your ears peeled for the breadcrumbs to that $10 Million year. Things like: - Why this transition needs you to shift your identity from that of an entrepreneur to that of a Digital CEO - Exactly why you need to invest in developing a team before your business is ready – this is going to make so much sense, you’re going to want to rush to make your first hires ASAP - How to attract, assemble and grow a team of leaders who move your business forward – your one-and-only Team Machine - All the wrong turns you can take while building a team, and how to avoid them - The qualities I see missing in a lot of leaders, why they matter, and how to foster them in yourself. Now, I can’t wait to hear what you take out of it. Will this be the episode that you’ll think back on years from now, when you reflect on how you got to your $10 Million a year business? Anything is possible… Meanwhile, enjoy! James PS: Any light bulbs 💡💡💡 going off in your head as you listen to this episode? Go ahead and share them with me in my [Instagram DMs]( – I’d love to know! PPS: These fire-side chats about LEADERSHIP on the Podcast are the tip of the iceberg.I have A LOT to share on this topic...and something BIG is coming! It's NEW and unlike ANYTHING I've ever offered before…I'll be announcing it on my NEXT Episode, so keep your ears open for a new invitation coming your way MONDAY.
