If you’ve ever panicked mid-launch check THIS out → Hey {NAME}, you’ve heard me sa

If you’ve ever panicked mid-launch (with no clue what to do!) check THIS out →  Hey {NAME}, you’ve heard me say it a thousand times, right ...? “Success is a crappy teacher!” So when your first launch goes like clockwork and exceeds all your expectations … that’s fantastic, of course! But it kinda sets you up for a punch in the gut when things DON’T go so well second time around. And you have no idea why. That’s exactly what BBD Plus member Chelsea Nicole was going through when she hopped on a coaching call with me, in our March Hot Seat Highlight. So, if you’re reading this and thinking “Wait, Hot WHAT now …?” let me fill you in. Each month inside our Business By Design program, we have Hot Seat coaching sessions, where our amazing members ask about a struggle in their business. We coach them through it – and everyone listening gets SO much value! You’re gonna freakin LOVE it, trust me. OK, back to the action ... Chelsea had just finished the first webinar in her second launch when we talked – and things were NOT going to plan. Registrations were down, show-ups were down … and the all-important sales of her amazing course for photographers were down, compared to her first launch. And she couldn’t figure out why! Because here’s the thing. Chelsea and her team had changed a gazillion things for this second launch – the messaging and landing pages, the webinar title and length, the delivery platform … so they had no way of pinpointing WHAT was making the difference. Unsurprisingly, Chelsea was feeling pretty “up and down” about it all, and starting to wonder if she should even be doing this! (Sidenote: classic ‘launch freefall’ symptoms, am I right?!) But of course, the magic ain’t over til that finally cart closes – and there’s still SO much more that Chelsea can pull out of the hat to make this launch a massive success! PLUS, even if she doesn’t hit her hairy scary goals this time, it’s ALL GOOD. Because it’s the rougher, more challenging experiences in life and business that are our REAL teachers – And after this launch, Chelsea will have a ton of super-valuable data that she can compare with her first round, so she can see what worked better or worse – and then choose where to double-down and improve next time. (ProTip: ⤴ only change 3 things MAX each launch, so you can truly track what’s working!) If you’ve ever found yourself floundering mid-launch (with no real clue what to do about it!) you’re going to get a TON out of this month’s Hot Seat Highlight, believe me! Click below to check it out – and you’ll hear why as long as you keep going with 100% commitment all the way to the line, stay present to what your audience are feeling, and get creative with new ways to help them make the right choice for them … then EVERY launch is gonna be a success. PLUS you’ll get a freakin MASTERCLASS on how to use price anchoring to show the massive value of your offer in your webinar – so your audience are biting your hand off to buy, before you change your crazy mind and 10x the price!  [March Hot Seat Highlight Video]( Listening on the go? Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
