Leon-Issa is the mother of nine-year-old Gabriel King who was murdered last year after she reported to the police that her car had been hijacked with the child inside. She has repeatedly failed to allow police investigators to search her cell phone after they had indicated a desire to analyse information on the device as part of their investigation into the killing of her autistic son. St Andrew JPs commissioning ceremony The Ministry of Justice will this Sunday host a commissioning ceremony for Justices of the Peace (JPs) for the parish of St Andrew. The ceremony will take place at the Terra Nova All Suite Hotel, Waterloo Road beginning at 4:00 pm. A total of 127 JPs designate will be commissioned, joining the growing number of Jamaicans trained to assist with the provision of justice services at the community level.
