CRFM stages 20th anniversary conference In commemoration of its 20th Anniversary, the Caribbean Regional Fisheries Mechanism (CRFM) will convene a four-day virtual Scientific Conference from today, Monday, August 28 to August 31. The event will open at 10:30 am (8:30 am Belize time), with an official ceremony, after which there will be presentations on several key thematic areas. The conference culminates with national reports from representatives of the 17 CRFM Member States on the status of their fisheries. More than 100 authors are contributing to the anniversary event, with 50 papers+ scheduled for presentation over the duration of the conference.
