Morning Bites: 5 things to know for Monday, May 8, 2023 INDECOM probing police killing of mentally-ill man in St James The Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) has launched a probe [after a man believed to be of unsound mind was shot and killed by police]( in Lilliput, St James on Saturday. The unidentified man was killed as lawmen responded to a report of a man attacking people in the area. No member of the police team was injured.
