Alleged killer of 9-y-o Hanover schoolgirl to appear in court Omar Green, the 42-year-old construction worker who was [charged with the murder of nine-year-old schoolgirl Nikita Noel]( to appear in court today. Green was reportedly Nikita’s stepfather. She was killed near her home in Kew district, Lucea, in Hanover. Nikita was reported missing by her mother on February 1 after she did not return home from school at Esher Primary. Following a search, [her body was discovered in bushes]( and Green was arrested and charged. Health Ministry launches Problem Management Plus The Minister of Health and Wellness, Dr Christopher Tufton will today launch Problem Management Plus (PM+) at the Spanish Court Hotel in New Kingston. PM+ has been described by the health ministry as “a technique that employs a problem-solving approach to help people manage everyday challenges.
