[Here’s our beautiful new ecard for July 4th – and don’t forget Canada Day on July 1st!]( View this e-mail as a [web page](. But no … your annual fee allows you to send as many cards as you like, to as many people as you like, for the entire duration of your membership: $20 (or £15/€17) for one year, or just $30 (£23/€26) for two. It’s such good value … why not become a member now? [Join now]( Although we’re British (and proud of it!), a large proportion of our members hail from the United States, where every July 4th they celebrate their independence from us Brits – the irony! But to show there’s no hard feelings, every year we make a special card featuring lots of red, white and blue and accompanied by one of their stirring national anthems. This year’s card is a little more subdued and pensive than usual: pomp and circumstance didn’t seem quite right in these difficult times. But we hope our American cousins will enjoy it none the less. And since we’ve been doing this now for 18 years, there are plenty more to choose from on [our July 4th page](. [The Dawn's Early Light]( [[ ] Spacious Skies]( [Floral Fireworks]( We also have a smaller but equally enthusiastic contingent of members from Canada, and a smaller but nonetheless enjoyable selection of cards to help with [Canada Day]( celebrations on July 1st.
