‌I am truly blown away by the generosity and support of this team ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ {NAME}, I am truly blown away by the generosity and support of this team. Thanks to grassroots supporters like yourself, I am proud to report that we have met our ambitious end-of-quarter fundraising goal! Every single donation – whether it was [$2, $10, $25]( or beyond – made a difference. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. The perseverance and determination of this team never fails to amaze me. In our campaign’s first quarterly deadline after the conclusion of the New York redistricting process, this grassroots team showed up in full force. While the road ahead is still challenging, one thing is for certain: This team has what it takes to get the job done in November. As we enter this holiday weekend, I am thinking about the challenges we have faced in recent weeks and months. It seems that at every turn, we witness crisis after crisis and watch outright attacks on our most basic rights unfold. I know you’re frustrated, and I am too. While I hope we all get the chance to enjoy some community parades and backyard barbecues, I also encourage us all to use this Fourth of July to reflect on the values we all share and how much work remains to live up to the ideals of a just and fair society. We have a long fight ahead, so I hope you take this weekend to enjoy time with your family and the ones you love most. There is so much work left to do, and I couldn’t be prouder to have you by my side. Thank you again for being in this fight with me. Have a safe and happy Fourth of July! Take care and walk good, Jackie Jackie Gordon is a veteran running for Congress in New York's 2nd District.
