[Event Reminder] Update Zoom

[] Make sure you are all set [] [] [] Hey folks, Liz here from Jack’s team. If you don’t know me, I head the customer service team here. We’re only hours away from the biggest event Jack has ever hosted so I wanted to make sure you are all set to attend. Here are some notes for you. The event will take place on “Zoom” which is an online software for interactive meetings. You must have Zoom downloaded and updated to attend the event. Downloading, updating and using Zoom is all free, but I want to make sure everyone does that in advance so that when it comes to join the room, you can do it seamlessly. Just go to [( to make sure you have the latest version installed. There are clear instructions on the page for both Mac and PC users so just take a moment to follow along and you should be all set. Another thing to know… Zoom rooms have limited attendees. We’ve upgraded specifically for this event, but a few weeks ago we did max out attendance at one of our events and had people miss out. The best way to avoid that is to login early (around 12:30 or so) and then do not log off. That also makes sure you don’t miss anything including a little fun we’re having ahead of time. And one more thing… During events like this we typically have hundreds (sometimes thousands) of chats entered during the presentation. Members of my team along with Jack will be online and trying to address the flood of questions and comments we inevitably get.
