Are your dreams rabbits or elephants? Why you need to know Hi {NAME}, Courage. Confidence. Purpose.

Are your dreams rabbits or elephants? Why you need to know [image] [image]() Hi {NAME}, Courage. Confidence. Purpose. Passion. If you’ve been following me for a while, you know that I often talk about these qualities and how integral they are to a person’s success. But recently I’ve been thinking a lot about the power of humility – and the critical role it plays in helping people achieve their goals and dreams. When you are humble, it’s easier for you to ask for help. It’s easier for you to admit when you’re wrong and apologize – and also forgive others, because you understand that we are all works in progress. And it’s easier for you to cultivate a “beginner’s mind” that allows you to see past preconceptions and gain a deeper and more expansive understanding of the world around you. That’s why today I’d like to share some tips on how to cultivate the humility and “beginner’s mind” clarity you need to achieve lasting success. I’ll also share answers to some of the most common questions I get about passion, confidence, limiting beliefs, and overcoming failure. Also, just a quick reminder – tomorrow is the last day for you to claim your 2-for-1 tickets to my upcoming Breakthrough to Success event. This is the lowest price I’ve ever offered for this in-person training, so if you’d like to join, [now is the time to reserve your tickets.]( [image]() I work with a lot of people who have big dreams for their lives. And knowing how NOT to do this one thing is what makes the difference between the people who make their dreams come true – and those whose dreams remain fantasy. [Here’s what NOT to do]() [image]( Join us for Episode 24 of the Jack Canfield Podcast, where Patty Aubery and I share our insights on overcoming the fear of failure and other common obstacles to growth. Discover our top tips and exercises, and be inspired by stories from highly successful individuals who have achieved happiness and success in both work and life. [LISTEN & WATCH HERE]( (or listen on your favorite podcast platform) [image](=) It’s Not Your Goals That Are Impossible, {NAME}... It’s your timeline – and your serious underestimation of the time and effort involved in achieving your goals and making your dreams come true. (At least, this is the problem I see with most people who fail to make their goals a reality.) The good news is, when you are ruthlessly realistic about everything that has to happen in order to achieve your dreams, that’s when they become possible. Because once you’re clear on what has to happen, you can effectively chunk each step down into smaller, bite-sized tasks that are actually doable. And when you focus on taking consistent small actions every day, you will be amazed at what you will be able to accomplish over time! Like I said in the video above, most people wildly overestimate what they can accomplish in one year – BUT they also wildly underestimate what they can achieve in 10 years! That’s why I encourage you to approach your journey with the humility of a student’s mind and be willing to submit to the lessons life has to teach you. Because when you give yourself enough time to acquire the knowledge, skills, and experience you need to achieve that goal, you will! It’s that simple.
