Plus...some summer reading suggestions [image] [image](=) Hi {NAME}, Summer is one of my favorite times of year because it offers a perfect blend of warm weather, longer days, and opportunities for relaxation and adventure. Usually in mid-June, I like to spend a couple of hours getting clear on the kind of experience I want to have in the months ahead. Because every year by early July, every weekend for the next 10 weeks seems to be booked – plus many of the weekdays and evenings as well! And if I don’t take the time to visualize the summer I want to have, all too often I find myself missing out on things I really wanted to experience. That’s why today I’d like to share some tips on how to find more balance in your life – so you can be productive AND enjoy the free time and relaxation you need to recharge your batteries and spend quality time doing what you love with the people you love. I also have some great summer reading recomendations if you’re looking to dive into a new book. Keep reading to learn more... I’m excited to share my top 11 reading recommendations – each one carefully chosen to inspire, educate, and transform your life in unique ways. These books cover a range of topics, from personal development and productivity to health and happiness, ensuring there’s something for everyone. They'll provide invaluable insights and strategies to help you create the life you dream of. [Dive into one of these books today]( “Balanced” Doesn’t Mean Everything is Equal Sometimes when I talk about balance, I find that people have a hard time relating. They look at the current state of their lives and think that the idea of creating balance in all of that chaos is a pipe dream. Let me be clear here… Achieving life balance doesn’t mean spending an equal amount of time and energy on the different areas of your life (work, relationships, health, community, etc.) It means deriving a balanced amount of JOY and FULFILLMENT from each of those areas. Because sometimes, the reality of your life means you are going to have to spend a lot more time and effort on one area of your life than the rest. And that’s perfectly normal! But what’s NOT normal is denying yourself joy or much-needed relaxation – or not spending any time with the people and pastimes that matter most to you. So as you think about the kind of experience you want to have this summer, even if one or more areas of your life are placing a lot of demands on you right now, be sure to schedule in as much quality time for yourself and your loved ones as possible. Then make that quality time a priority! Because I guarantee that when you’re looking back on your life years from now, the memories you cherish won’t be the long nights you spent on the computer or in the office. They’ll be the times you spent doing what you love with the people you love. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
