Hey {NAME}, the purpose of this email is to let you know about the features and fixes/improvements to iWriter that we've made since the last update message I emailed out. We're working VERY hard on improving iWriter every single day for you. Both, for writers and for clients ordering content. It's definitely a balancing act to make everyone happy, but we're trying our best :-) So, here's a brief rundown of what we've done since the last update that I sent out: 1. Previously, writers were required to write, write, and write some more... submitting 20+ pieces of content (and receiving reviews) in order for our system to automatically upgrade them to higher paying writer levels (i.e. premium, elite, and elite plus). It takes someone extremely determined to write enough for our system to promote them... "automatically". What we've found is that we tend to lose some of the great writers early-on in the process because they simply don't want to stick around long enough to write that many articles for automatic promotion. And we completely understand! So, what we've been working on, is a way to reward the great writers, quicker. The faster we can get great writers earning the higher paying amounts, the better. So what we've done is we've implemented a detailed, manual upgrade process into our backend admin area. Our iWriter editorial team can login to our backend and based on various criteria, great writers will be highlighted for manual review. Our editors will, then, manually review the writer and if deemed appropriate, automatically upgrade their account to the higher writing tiers. On the flip-side, if a writer is, say a premium level writer, but it appears that they did not earn the ranking legitimately then after manual review, they will be downgraded. The better we are able to match writer skill with writer pay, the better for everyone. The talented writer will be rewarded for their talent (much faster) and the client will ultimately receive higher quality content, AND receive the requested content faster... thus ordering more and giving the talented writers more work. It's a win/win for everyone. Everyone except for writers that have an extremely poor command of the English language and should probably find a different platform to write for anyway :-) If you are a writer and receive a manual upgrade, when you login to your account, you will see a message appear that notifies you of the higher tier upgrade. Be on the lookout if you're a talented writer. 2. As a client, you're now able to download content in a plethora of other formats! Previously you could only download content as a .htm file. Now you're able to download your content in .htm, .txt, .pdf, and .doc format! 3. As a client, you're able to search for, add, and see which favorite writers are currently online. This will allow you to submit projects to writers that are move active writing on the platform, and not send your requests to writers that may never see your special project request. You'll be able to see this information directly on the "project request" page when you enter a specific writer's username. As well as on your dashboard page (located in the middle of the page). Next to each of your favorite writer's names, you'll see a green or gray circle, indicating whether they are currently online or not. 4. And lastly, we've continued to work on a TON of backend coding to improve platform stability (i.e. bugs and speed of the site). These are things that if I listed out, they would bore you, so I'll refrain from doing that, but just know that we're constantly fixing bugs reported to us. Alright, so if you hadn't noticed the addition of those features, go ahead and login and check them out today. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. And, as always, if there's anything else you would like added, please let us know in the support desk here: [( We'll be continuing to plow through our "new feature" list. Thank you for choosing iWriter and keep an eye out for the next update message from us. More to come! Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
