In that speech, he said: âOne of the few times during the early years of our marriage I saw my wife cry really hard was when I told her that a paperback publisher New American Library had paid a ton of money for the book she'd rescued from the trash. I could quit teaching. She could quit pushing crullers at Dunkinâ Donuts. She looked almost unbelieving for five seconds and then she put her hands over her face and she wept. When she finally stopped, we went into the living room. We sat on our old couch which Tabby had rescued from a yard sale, and talked into the early hours of the morning about what we were going to do with the money. I've never had a more pleasant conversation. I have never had one that felt more surreal.â Imagine talking about money but without the stress. That's exactly what my [Money Coaching]() program is all about. We replace money dread with money confidence. You may find that talking about money can even be fun. [Money Coaching Discussion] Money conversations donât have to mean doom and gloom What if you could use money to⦠- Decide when youâre going to take your next vacation â and have FUN talking about where youâre going to go, which hotel youâre going to stay at, and what you want to eat. - Build your dream home. How many bedrooms and bathrooms does it have? Is it on a lake, in the mountains, or right in the heart of a city? Is it designed to entertain guests (large kitchen, outdoor living space, etc.) or is it a private retreat (large master bathroom, calm paint colors, minimal decor)? - Donate to five charities ⦠or fund your favorite charity for an entire year. What if you could do that without winning the lottery? Itâs possible. If you follow the right system, you can achieve financial freedom. [Money Coaching with Ramit Sethi]() will help you make a detailed, step-by-step plan to get there. Plan to say âyesâ with your money Have you ever noticed that most money advice is about restriction? âNo, you canât buy lattes. No, you canât go on vacation. No, you canât buy a new pair of jeans. Save your money and wait until youâre 80 ⦠then you can use it.â So many of us are brought up to believe that money is something to be scared of. What if we instead asked what money makes possible? Money allowed me to dream bigger, to be more generous, and to be more adventurous. It can do the same for you. [Money Coaching-Email-Students and Coworkers] Some of my longtime students and coworkers who are living their Rich Lives every day I got there by making a detailed plan of what I wanted my Rich Life to look like. When you have a plan for your money, you can breathe easy, knowing that itâs working for you, automatically growing and letting you spend on the things you love â guilt free. And when you have a plan that fits you like a handmade glove, you can use your money to live your Rich Life. That might be picking up your kids from school every afternoon, buying $1,000 cashmere sweaters, traveling 8 weeks every year, or retiring early. Stop trying to figure out money on your own, without a coach, without a plan, without a system. [Click here to join Money Coaching](). [Signature] P.S.
