Throughout filming my Netflix series, my view on helping someone with money To view this email as a web page, [click here]() {NAME}, Throughout filming my Netflix series, my view on helping someone with money changed. With my programs and website, I’ve always wanted people to make a drastic and lasting change in their lives. I love a total transformation. But here’s the thing… people are people. Some guests came on [a literal Netflix show](), side by side with a personal finance expert ready and willing to sit down with them and help make changes… …and they didn’t take it seriously. Others did, and it was extremely rewarding to see. [Screenshot from show] It was an incredible opportunity getting to work with so many couples who were courageous to open up their lives — and finances — to me and millions of people. Some followed through with my guidance, and some didn’t. People are people. I realized that not everyone will be willing to change. I can’t help everyone. That’s okay with me. I can present you with… - …all of your numbers laid out, the numbers, the calculations, the predictions for what you’ll have in 5, 10, 20 years - …the exact amount of money you could be losing - …and a way to change it with direct help from me But ultimately, the choice is up to you. You still might not be ready to make a big change, but I want you to be able to see what you’d be missing out on, what you’re saying “no” to — and make the conscious decision yourself. Let’s do it right now. When you don’t invest, you’re losing money every single day. Here’s a way to visualize it. I turned 40 last summer. We’ll assume that I have no money saved up yet (sadly, this is reality for many 40-year-olds). If I invest $100/month — $1,200 annually — and assume a 7% interest rate, I’ll end up with $81,212 when I turn 65 in 25 years. If I invest $1,000/month — $12,000 annually — I’ll end up with $812,118. Take a look: [Spreadsheet] [Click here]() to try your own calculations with different ages, interest rates, and number of years. Just click File → Make a copy to edit. A 40-year-old who doesn’t invest is losing up to $56 per day. But since they can’t see it, it doesn’t seem real, and so they don’t take action. They don’t set up automatic withdrawals. They don’t max out their 401(k). They don’t set up a Roth IRA. Instead, they think they have an extra $12k per year to spend toward a truck, or a bigger house, or a boat, or whatever. Every year you wait to start investing, you miss out on thousands of dollars. Check out this graphic: [How to make $50k more than your friend (with less work)] Dan invested for 20 more years than Sally but is behind by $50,000. Meanwhile, Sally has $200,061 in just 10 years. She just started early and continued to invest over time. You can easily lose thousands of dollars by not taking action on your finances. Today, I invite you to take action. [Money Coaching]() When you [join my brand-new program, Money Coaching with Ramit Sethi](), you get immediate access to one of our first coaching calls, “How an ordinary person can become a millionaire.” If you watch this video and take the actions I recommend, it can easily be worth $50+ per day. You’ll also get immediate access to the Rich Life System, my step-by-step guide to creating an automated money machine designed specifically for YOUR Rich Life Vision. I’ll show you the psychology behind why many people don’t automate their finances — and how you can overcome it in as little as two weeks. Don’t miss out on your Rich Life Yes, it would be a terrible thing to miss out on the thousands of dollars you lose by not investing early. But what’s even worse is missing out on living your Rich Life. Not taking the family vacations you wanted to, not building your dream home, not donating to causes you believe in. It’s easy to ignore your money. It’s easy to think you’re doing a good job because you’re on a couple email lists and listen to a couple podcasts. But if you get crystal clear and honest, do you have a plan? Do you know when your debt will be paid off? Do you know the exact month and year that you’ll be a millionaire? Do you know how to plan for a dream vacation — not just the itinerary, but how to pay for it? Do you and your partner know how to have an annual Rich Life Review? [Here’s a snapshot of my Rich Life] Here’s a snapshot of my Rich Life. What would yours look like? In my Money Coaching program, I share with you the same [tips, secrets, and tactics]() I use to build a Rich Life. It’s easy to let YEARS go by before taking action. But every year that you wait, you lose thousands of dollars (or more). Don’t let that happen to you. Instead, take control of your money.
