Because I need your blessing.” You don’t need my permission! It’s your permission to give yourself. This is very different from what we were taught as kids. Starting in kindergarten, we had to raise our hand. “Mrs. Kundle, can I go to the bathroom?” We had to get permission for everything we did. At a certain point though — and this is scary — there is no one to ask permission from. It’s your decision. If you decide to start a business, I’m going to support you. If not, that’s OK too.
