I got this question from a reader: "What are your top performing habits?" To view this email as a web page, [click here]() [IWT Header] {NAME}, I got this question from a reader: "What are your top performing habits?" I love this question. It's not about hacks or apps. It's about HABITS, those usually invisible behaviors that drive most peak performance. Here's my answer... 90% of my daily success is due to systems I put in place years ago. I wake up at the same time every morning. This is because I went to sleep at the same time the night before. When I wake up, I don't have to worry about what to do or when to do it. I don't have to worry about necessities or even day-to-day hassles. I even have systems in place to simplify basic tasks. For example, take the coffee in my kitchen. It's always stocked. It's always 16" away from the French press. Like a chef's mise en place, it's all there, ready to go. All of these systems help me wake up refreshed every morning. More than that, in the morning, I've given myself the luxury of just a couple of hours to do nothing — just read, watch TV, scroll Instagram. That's part of my Rich Life, and I can enjoy it without worrying that I have stuff to do because I know my systems have already accounted for everything else I have to do that day. My calendar is my master organizer. [06.26 TPP 2.png] When I open my calendar, every week is basically the same. I have the same meetings on Monday, the same on Tuesday, and so on. It's very consistent. All the variation has been squeezed out. But this is about more than just putting meetings on the calendar. The real value is in the SYSTEM. It's in the not-obvious behaviors built into my calendar and life that give me a consistent advantage. For example: - Systematizing my days with my calendar means that when I join a meeting, I can be super creative. I didn't waste a lot of time or mental energy just getting to the meeting. And I don't have to worry about covering everything in the meeting because I know we'll be meeting again soon. That's another system that removes stress and boosts my work. - When I double-click on my calendar, everything is ready to go. All the info I need — the context, the links, the docs — it's all in the invite so I can hop right in and know exactly what I need to do. - Because my calendar is a repeatable system, my assistant can manage it. This saves me 10+ hours a week, cuts out a ton more stress, and makes me happy every day. Another piece of my Rich Life. - My calendar is blocked off, but it also includes plenty of open spaces for me to take a break, walk, even just sit and think. The calendar is finely tuned and has been thought about months in advance. BTW, if you want to know more about some of these nuts-and-bolts productivity secrets and habits, we have a product called [Finisher's Formula](). This is a classic IWT program. It includes productivity tactics, but also the psychology behind being productive and a top performer. I often see people who have the TIME to be more productive, but they don't have the MINDSET to actually get things done. And so they hit a wall. Most of the time they can't even see why they're failing, so they jump from hack to hack, never realizing that the "secret" they're looking for is deeper than that. What systems can you put in place today to drive your success for years to come? [Signature] P.S. You should know, Finisher's Formula is just one of the programs in our Top Performer Package, [which is available here](). This bundle includes 3 "hidden gem" IWT products that all give you secrets and systems for becoming a top performer in any area of your life. The Top Performer Package includes: - Finisher's Formula — how top performers finish what they start (even if they're "lazy") - Success Triggers — all about the deep mental frameworks that drive success - 50 Proven Email Scripts — my "private vault" of word-for-word scripts to connect with mentors and VIPs, handle tricky situations and save time You can get all of this today.
