In the past eight weeks, we’ve worked long hours to develop and release dozens of new features to the Insightly platform, getting closer to each other and to a lot of Insightly customers in the process. So, in case you missed it, here’s a breakdown of everything new to Insightly CRM. April 2018 Release: Spring Forward! Our [April release]( addressed a ton of customer requests by giving admins full control over record layouts. Here's what you can do thanks to this update: • Update your account on our redesigned, easier-to-use System Settings page • Create New Custom Field types, including Multi-Select dropdowns and Lookup fields • Design your own record pages with a drag-and-drop Layout Editor • Ability to make fields required or read-only • Remove unnecessary fields from layouts • Ability to hide all unpopulated fields And, for customers on our Professional and Enterprise plans: • Assign unlimited Custom Layouts to different profiles • Connect dependent dropdown fields (Field Dependencies) By the way, these updates are available only on the [New Insightly User Experience](. Everyone can now view standard dashboards for leads, projects, and opportunities, while customers on Pro and Enterprise plans can build their own dashboards to get precisely the answers they’re looking for.
