, As mentioned in my last newsletter and my latest BMC Member update email on Sunday, I believe that we are nearing the end of the Crypto winter. Crypto prices seem to be proving with Bitcoin shooting up to $5,000 literally overnight. The majority of the other top 50 Cryptos are following suit as well. However… I want to give you a few words of caution. First off… and I want you to remember this during this next wave in the Crypto markets… Markets Never Move In Straight Lines. I’m a big believer in Chaos Theory and Fractal Geometry when it comes to analyzing a market. I learned about Chaos Theory and Fractal Geometry from one of my mentors Bill Williams over 16 years ago. Since then it has been a bedrock for my trading decisions. Understand that there is nothing in our natural world that is straight and therefore straight-line measurements don’t work to measure things like coastlines, mountains, rivers, etc. The same is true for the markets. In my experience, this theory also applies to the way that humans think. Humans are irrational. Our thoughts are never straight. And while we may believe that getting from point A to point B in a straight line is the fastest way to reach out destination… rarely, if ever, do we ever get there in a straight line. Obstacles always arise, requiring us to maneuver and navigate around them. Such is life and such is every market in history. Armed with this knowledge, you can become less emotional in your trading and investing and more scientific. Human emotions are what fuel the vacillation of the markets. Up and down they go teetering on a single point. When the balance of weight shifts one way they go up. When it shifts the other way, they go down. This weight shift in the markets is caused by two very powerful human emotions. Fear and Greed. The single point these two emotions are teetering on you ask… It’s called support and resistance. Support and resistance are your greatest friends when analyzing a market. Your third best friend is called The Trend. Keep both fear and greed in check… Follow the trend… Understand that this market will not move in a straight line… And during this next Crypto wave and you’ll reach your destination with the sound of a grand crescendo. This brings me to my second word of caution… Beware Of The Scammers. You’ll have to wait until tomorrow to get this one. You won’t want to miss it because I’m going to be exposing the next scheme to take your gains away from you. This one makes the ICO boom of 2017 look like a grain of sand in the Sahara Desert.
