Segments include: Lean and Mean: under $5 million; Prosperous and Thriving: $5 million–$50 million; and Robust and Powerful: over $50 million. [Employee Count] Employee Count Be honored as part of a special Best Workplaces list by employee count. Segments include: Nano: 5–9 employees; Micro: 10–49 employees; Medium: 50–99 employees; Medium-Large: 100–499 employees; and XLarge: 500+ employees.
