Hi, Since we launched [Minting Your Future]( we’ve talked to a lot of people interested in using our services, and we also talked to a lot of “agencies” out there. Initially we were focusing exclusively on the tech part. But the marketing part is also critical for any NFT project. And all the agencies we talked to did not make the cut. It’s a new industry, so it’s not unusual. And because of that it’s opened up a real opportunity. So we’ve decided to create our own NFT Marketing & Promotion team. We understand, and we have fine tuned the whole set of processes needed to operate a professional NFT marketing service. And you’re invited to be part of the team! This is a truly unique opportunity if you want to be part of the next revolution (Web3), if you want to learn unique and highly useful skills, and if you want to grow with us. This industry is newborn, and you can get in early. We’re looking to fill different positions, and you can apply, no matter your experience. That said, we’re looking for people with an entrepreneurial mindset, people who don’t need micro managing (once you know what you have to do), who can take decisions for the good of the project, who are committed to getting results for themselves, and our clients / projects, with a relentless work ethic (you cannot be lazy), and who are fun to work with. We will be having regular virtual meetings, so you can’t be a shy butterfly. And you’ll get to understand exactly how this industry works by being part of really big projects. Here are a few positions we are opening (multiple hires possible by position): - Content creator : be able to turn a concept, outlines and a brief into a collection of articles and pieces of content (you will also work in collaboration with our video creation team), that will then be curated for different platforms (think Medium, Twitter, Discord, Reddit, Youtube, Facebook) - Content curator: you have a strong interest in taking any content and curating it / re-purposing it so that it fits the tone and format of the different platforms it will be used on. You will also be responsible for managing social accounts and posting the content. - Discord server setup specialist - Discord server management (engagement, moderation, will work with content curator, and also with the project manager) - Data entry / research / link posting: You can follow simple but important steps of a process to promote the different projects. You’ll have a direct impact on the audience growth. - Adobe After Effects (or similar) specialist - Manager: understanding the strategy, and making sure the team implements it correctly and gets the desired results. - Designer / Artist: not for design collection, but to be able to create any piece of design / graphic we would need to support the marketing and promotion team. - Influencer outreach: your job will be to get in touch with as many influencers as possible to connect, share ideas and promote our projects (organically or paid) In return for working as part of the team, and the icing on the cake: compensation will be a % of the sales the projects you work on generate. This way you will have a direct impact on how much you can earn. On average a project generates $1M and 50% to 1000% in secondary sales and royalties. If you’ve ever wanted to be at the very start of a new and exciting industry, that is going to change the world, and you’ve got the commitment, skills and entrepreneurial spirit the rest of the team has, we want to talk to you. Simply get back to Paul or JP at: paul@mintingyourfuture.com or [jp@mintingyourfuture.com](. It’s not a formal application (we don’t need your resumé), but we need some info about you, what motivates you to want to become part of the team, and how you think you could help (what you would want to do to get started, how you would like to evolve in the team…). Can be a short text, a video or anything relevant (no fluff or BS please we can spot that a mile away). If you can bring something real to the table, tell us about it. We’ll then take it from there, and organize a Zoom call on Monday to further explain things JP Schoeffel Rte Matagasses, Burtigny, Switzerland If you wish to stop receiving our emails, please [click here to unsubscribe](.
