Radical leftist teachers and school districts have gone too far. First, they tried shoving Critical Race Theory and transgen Fellow American, Radical leftist teachers and school districts have gone too far. First, they tried shoving Critical Race Theory and transgender propaganda down our throats. Then, they began holding secret “equality clubs” and convinced children that they might be bisexual or transgender without telling their parents. Now, they’re doing everything in their power to completely silence and censor anyone who fights back. In fact, they’re even BANNING parents from attending their own children’s graduation ceremonies if they disagree with the woke curriculum being taught. I’m happy to announce that we’re taking legal action to fight back, but we need your help urgently. [Which is why I’m asking for an emergency donation of $35 or more today to help the Center for American Liberty protect free speech and fight back against the venomous cancel culture that has infiltrated our schools.]( Shawn McBreairty is the father of a high school senior in Bangor, Maine who was told that he was not allowed to attend his daughter’s graduation ceremony. Why? Because Shawn had the audacity to question the public school’s curriculum and speak out against radical school board members. You see, Shawn filed a series of public record requests (FOAA) and complaints about the conduct of school personnel. However, instead of investigating the issues that Shawn was pointing out, the school district filed a lawsuit against Shawn, seeking to silence him and prevent him from ever filing FOAA requests ever again. And on top of that, the school district informed him that he was not allowed to attend any of his daughter’s graduation events. But Shawn hasn’t given up – in fact, he’s now working with my team to take the fight to the next level. We’ve filed an Anti-SLAPP motion to dismiss the ridiculous lawsuit against Shawn—because Shawn’s speech is CLEARLY protected by the First Amendment. We’re fighting hard, but we can’t do it without you. [Will you join the fight for to protect the rights of parents like Shawn today with a gift of $35 or more?]( Let me take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Harmeet Dhillon. I'm the Founder of the Center for American Liberty and I've dedicated my career to preserving Constitutional liberties like the freedom of speech which are constantly under attack by the radical left. The Constitution clearly protects your ability to criticize public officials and government employees. It doesn’t matter if it’s the President of the United States or a school board member in your community – no one is above criticism. You and I cannot allow school districts like the Herman School Department in Bangor, Maine, to get away with censoring parents. Enough is enough. It’s time for all of us to stand with parents like Shawn and let these radical schools know that they will no longer be allowed to silence us or corrupt our kids. There’s no time to waste. [So please, send your urgent gift of $35 or more today and help us defeat this ridiculous lawsuit with our Anti-SLAPP motion today.]( Thank you in advance for your support. Onward to victory, [Alternate text] Harmeet K. Dhillon [Alternate text] P.S. One of the FOAA requests that Shawn filed asked specifically about controversial training that a teacher provided to various schools in the area – that request was denied. We can’t allow schools to hide their activities from parents!
