[IAB Delivers Bicameral Testimonies on Consumer Privacy](
Over two consecutive days of testimony before the House and Senate, Randall Rothenberg, CEO of IAB, the national trade association for the digital media and marketing industries, and IAB Executive Vice President for Public Policy Dave Grimaldi both urged Congress to pass legislation to create a federal regulatory framework around privacy that will protect consumers and avoid the risk of a patchwork of conflicting and damaging state laws.

[Digital Advertising Revenues Rise to $26.2 Billion in Q3 2018, Up 22% Year-Over-Year, According to IAB](
U.S. digital advertising revenues rose to $26.2 billion in the third quarter of 2018, solidifying 2018âs claim as the highest-spending first three quarters on record, according to the latest IAB Internet Advertising Revenue Report released today by the IAB and prepared by PwC US. Digital spend for Q3 2018 estimates increased 22 percent over Q3 2017. In total, marketers spent $75.8 million during 2018âs first three quartersâ21 percent more than they had spent during the same period a year ago.
